When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed between our regular working hours. Our working/customer service hours are mentioned below:
Monday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Saturday - Sunday & Holidays: 11 am to 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)

How & when will I receive my handicraft(s)?

All orders undergo a thorough quality check before being carefully packaged by our warehouse team. Soorbhi, exclusively collaborates with DHL Express & FedEx to ensure smooth and secured deliveries in a timely manner. Once shipped, we will provide you with the Tracking Number. The average shipping time is between 7 to 10 days depending on your location.

NOTE: Occasional delays may occur; however you can always contact us during our regular business hours or via e-mail anytime to ask about the status of your items. 

What are my Shipping Fees?

We use premium Express Shipping services with DHL & FedEx to deliver anywhere in the USA and Canada, right to your doorstep. A nominal fee of $7.99 (flat) will be applied on all orders below $49, the shipping is free on the purchase of above $49.  There are no additional costs such as import taxes and/or duties on any of the items we sell (please view exceptions below). 

Are there any Shipping Exceptions?

Not much! The only exceptions to be aware of are as follows:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Remote areas may incur a surcharge. You will be notified of the amount once you place the order with us.
We do not ship and process orders outside of our regular working hours. 
Soorbhi takes full responsibility for delivering all your orders securely. Full refund will be issued to the customer if Soorbhi fails to deliver the product(s) under any circumstances.
